Darren is a Creative Professional & Advocate with 20+years of experience as a Non-Profit arts leader transforming organizations and expanding access to arts. Darren Co-founded and scaled New Britain Youth Theater from a start-up to Connecticut’s Best Children’s Theater and has led a multi-million-dollar capital campaign at an arts center in Greater Boston. Planting Deep Roots of Growth Darren spends everyday supporting and harnessing Self- Love sharing and educating others with vast knowledge.
